1. First create your letter head in jpeg. If its in word/pdf convert it in jpeg image to import in to the sheet... (If you have any software then its fine or google it) 2 Create new sheet - PatientLetter type - once you have done that insert static image in it. Browse your letterhead image in it.. a...

This is really good feature.. I think you should hide the IE menues and URL and etc.. to have the proper effect just like the regular version... as now we opening up the IIS on server security will be essential... How about session timeout?

Re: Tesia Bridge 2.0
Jordan,
Yes you are correct... FastAttach -- 200/initial and then 25/monthly... If you go with ClaimConnect then no initial fee but then 25c/claim (~100claims/25bucks) - but that becomes 2-3 times expensive then Tesia (fixed monthly cost...)

Re: Keeping patient credit cards on file
Encryption is not mandatory for dental offices yet. Lots of POS systems dont have it either. ADA is fighting hard to delay this implementation for dental offices... It can be quite a complicated to implement this or can be as simple as have all the data encrypted at database level. Jordan we would l...
