Also noticed that the D9986 is in black text.
We are used to the old blue. Much easier to pick up. Any way to change that font color?

Broken, Cancelled and Failed Appointments

How are we differentiating

BA (break appointment day of),
CA (break appointment with 24 hours notice) and
FA ( didn't show up, no call)
appointments in version 15.2.3

They all seem to be lumped under Broken Appointments.

You understand that the report is from the time you first created the adjustment.
If you want to include previous months you must go back and manually recode the old accounts as 'Bad Debt'.
Might not be a bad idea because then you will have an accurate report as to the total dollar amount.

Re: Adult Prophy Query by date

Next step in to incorporate your date interval code.
Should be simple enough.
The idea is to get a report that gives a list of patients who are 6, 9, 12 and 18 months over due for their prophies
Run it the first of the month and you have a list to contact by post card, letter email or whatever.

Re: Adult Prophy Query by date

Smokin Hot Sunday. I'm gonna quit while I'm ahead or at least before one of you show me this query done already somewhere else. But here it is; /*264 List of procedures for a date range with patient name, service date, procedure code, primary insurance carrier, fee, sum of ins est, sum ins paid*/ /*...

Re: Adult Prophy Query by date

Was finally able to re-engineer query #264 to do what I wanted.
Now just need to split PatNum into First Name and Last Name

I need a report that will return the following: Pt Lname, Pt Fname, Pt address, PtEmail address, date of last adult prophy (D1110), current insurance plan, for a given date range Any help or...

Move over and I'll help you row!!! I recently tried to get rid of written hard and soft tissue exam paper sheet. Bought a new Dell 13" Netbook had everything in place to do hard and soft tissue exams in OD. Tested it on two new patients. Everything working as it should. After one day were back to ou...

Re: Obsolete sheets

I lost myself in translation.

It should be List/Referrals check the hidden box at the top.
Once this is checked the specific referral will not show in the dropdown menus but is still
present in Setup/Sheets

Re: Obsolete sheets

Yes, that is what we did exactly. But the fix was to hide the ReferalSlip by clicking the hidden button in Setup/Sheets, double click on the ReferralSlip. This way, it will not show in any DropDown lists which is was what I was after. Now it can't be selected in error. It still shows in the Setup/Sh...

Re: Obsolete sheets

Here is what is going on. I usually refer to everything as a sheet. But there a many types of sheets. What I really mean is a ReferralSlip. Initially we designed a ReferralSlip for Aetna. This had a Static Image scanned in as a background and fields such as Last Name etc. added as an overlay from OD...

Re: Obsolete sheets

Sorry. I wasn't too clear in the previous posts. You sometimes get so locked in to what you are doing that you lose site of the big picture. What I am trying to do is delete an old 'Referral Form'. We redesigned several and can't delete or hide the old ones because they are attached to patients. I w...

Re: Obsolete sheets

Message is, 'Can be deleted being used' For example, we have redesigned our Medical History form among others to take advantage of the improvements in sheets definitions. Want to get rid of the old one or hide it so it can't be selected in error. But can not. We have resorted to putting the word Tra...

Obsolete sheets

What is recommended for sheets that are no longer used?
We have several that we would like to delete because we designed new ones but can't because they are attached to patients.
Anyway to hide them?

Thanks

Re: connection to database

I think that the first time you run it on the backup you have to right click and run as administrator.
That's what I had to do in Windows 7.
Should be a simple fix.

Re: How to stop employee from changing their clock in/out ti

Epilog: After vehemently denying that she made changes to her clock-in time card and the time cards of others in the office, employee confessed and asked for forgiveness. No way of knowing how long it went on so we decided to dock her one full weeks pay and move on. This is the first for me in over ...

Re: How to stop employee from changing their clock in/out ti

ok here is the fix. I thought it was the default setting that they would not be able to edit their timecards. But it isn't. You have to enable it. So after a call to support, and email from support and a couple more calls to support, they were all great and very helpful, here is the fix. First on Se...

How to stop employee from changing their clock in/out time

Need help stopping employees from changing their clock in or out time(s).
Edit time cards is unselected but unless I unselect the manage module they are still able to edit the time cards.
If I unselect the manage module then they can't clock in or out.

What am I missing?

Help!!!

Clock in/out in audit trail

When an employee clocks in or out should that event be recorded in the audit trail?
It doesn't seem to be in our office.
Did I miss a switch or setting to turn it on?

Re: Is there an employee scheduler ?

I think he means like and excel schedule for employees with their time in, time out and days off listed by days worked.

At least this is what I make of it. And if I am correct, no OD doesn't do this.
