Good idea. You could technically do this right now as long as your staff manually changed the billing type of each patient to match their insurance status. Then, a dunning message would display based on the billing type. But we could make it even easier for you by adding the presence of insurance as...

Perfect. Except I'm not quite as fond of the big bold fonts as you. Maybe just a little bit smaller? The insurance line would be a bit shorter if it were, "Insurance Pending". Then things would line up a little nicer.

I would not be concerned about signing your chart notes. Most users don't. But you do have to edit them, so you have to go to that screen anyway. The edit process will eventually be made more efficient in situations where there are multiple procedures on one appointment. The reason it's not as impor...

And what version of OD are you using? It's very critical with all claimed bugs that we know what version of OD we're talking about. What is your screen size? Is it really big, like 30"? One more thing. If you accept assignment, then you really should stop using the "Don't subtract ins est from balance" option. Really. Well, various labels throughout the program might be getting cut off at the end. Changing the DPI back is something we've had to do for a numbe...

I don't think it's a bug because the logic has not changed for quite some time. It's based on the fee schedule of the provider for the procedure. Go to that provider's setup edit window to see what fee schedule it's taking the amount from.
