Co-pay Flat Fee

How do I setup opendental so it charges a $5 copay per visit for my patients as our state program requires I collect a $5 copay per visit. I have set it to Medicaid Flat copay but where do I specify the amount.

Sorry, that's not really a feature yet. You could make an insplan note regarding that.
