deposit of a refund?

Dear Dr. Sparks,

I have followed the instructions on : http://www.open-dent.com/manual/reportprodinc.html., I think.
The negative show up in the deposits.

But after I "deposit" the negative check, it does not show up in our accounting module account...

We are using 7.1.42

Can you please advise.

Looks like you have to add negative entries manually the Accounting section.

It's a check just like any other check that the office writes. I wouldn't actually create a deposit for it. Exclude it, just like cash, cc, etc.
