Is there a way to hide or remove the archived patients from the family screen? Even better, is there a way to avoid duplicate patients from being created?
I was playing with webforms today using my account and now there are 2 archived "me"s in my family file. I was hoping to use a web version of the medical history form on a tablet pc to update medical histories, but if we do this regularly, we may have a lot of archived patients in a single file.

Re: web form duplicate patients
I assumed you would merge the patients. I don't think that should leave any archived patients.
Also, why were duplicates created in the first place? It's not supposed to create a duplicate if name and birthdate matched.

jordan, how do you merge? is it automatic or do you have to manually enter the merge?
Re: web form duplicate patients
Merge is not automatic. It has to be done manually. Go to Tools , Misc Tools and then Merge Patients.

Merging does leave an archived patient though, unless you delete it.
