Birthday card list

I have a patient that does NOT want a birthday card. How do I take him off the birthday card list?

I always print birthday cards from the backup OD at home. I set the patients I don't want to print to "non-patient", "inactive"... They then will not show up on the birthday card list. Their recall reminder will be disabled. If you set the patient back to "patient", you have to remember to turn on recall reminder again. So do not do this on your office computer.
