image display in chart module
image display in chart module
As I understand it, if images are to appear in the chart module using the image tabs at the bottom, they first have to be imported into the appropriate folder on the Images screen. I have hundreds of photos that have been imported to a folder on my server. From there, they are edited (using Picasa) and placed in subfolders for the appropriate patient.
Is there any way of directing OD to find the patient folders already created, or do I have to manually move all of the images to the OD image folder?
thanks
John

Re: image display in chart module
You could go into the setup/definitions menu and mark those folders to be viewable in the chart module.

I think you need to manually move those images to the OD images folder for the patient.

I found an old Ulead photoimpact program I had in 1997 and it still works on this tablet and I can copy and paste. Irfan view also may do that.

Re: image display in chart module
Are there any plans to upgrade the image module to allow for photo or xray templates? currently if we have several photos in the module you have to flip through each photo until you find the correct one. I wanted to know if its even possible to have a photo or xray mount so you can organize the image? is it even possible to do before i waste request points

Yes, we already built a basic "mount" framework. We also have specific plans on how to enhance the mount features. It's worth voting on.

Is this basic mount framework available for use now? Or did you mean you all are currently working on it?

Re: image display in chart module
The current mount framework is functional when capturing 4 BW from specific models of Suni sensors. It was designed to allow quite a bit of expansion beyond what it can currently do. There is no way to manually arrange 4 BW onto a new mount object yet other than when using the sensor capture.
