I would like the adjustment notes for broken appointments to show in the progress notes in the chart....I'm wondering if that has been added to an update ever? We are only using version 6.0.9.0
I usually make a note when I do the adjustment "broken appt" which shows in the account and then I have to go into the chart and make notes so it shows in there also.
Not a big deal but just a pet peeve of mine

No, that change was never made. We will soon move broken appointments into a more formalized tracking system rather than just using adjustments. It will happen at the same time as we allow users to leave broken appointments in place on the appointment screen.

In SETUP / MODULES you can choose to put broken appointment notes in the COMMLOG instead of ADJUSTMENTS. The Commlog shows in the Progress Notes so that might resolve the issue for you, unless you want it to show in both places. Personally I used to have them go to the COMMLOG, but switched it back to ADJUSTMENTS. I didn't see any value to having them in the PROGRESS NOTES. I much prefer them showing in the ACCOUNT window for my frontdesk to see and for the patient to see when they receive a STATEMENT.
