xcharge problem

Post by Joe Gordon » Sat Mar 31, 2012 11:10 am

I don't care to report negative news. For those who haven't heard the breach...

I could be way wrong on this. Just could be a problem, and not sure what our responsibility is.

They haven't told us anything. My understanding is that they wouldn't even involve any of the merchant dentists. I think they would notify the banks for the cardholders. The cardholders would then be notified of the breach, and their card either monitored or replaced. Whenever I've been notified of a breach on one of my cards, the bank never tells me which company was responsible, let alone which merchant. I'm pretty sure it's a non-issue for all of us.
