I am using the Health Insurance form 1500. When I make a claim, there is a procedure that uses the "mods" in the medical section of the procedure information. This modifier does not display in the Health Insurance Form 1500, when I go to setup | Claim Forms, there is no field for the mods. I need that field to be filled in, if someone could help me that would be wonderful.

You might try a newer version. No guarantees, but that section is gradually being enhanced. The thing is that I'm not the one who added those Mods fields in the procedure window. So I would have to look through the source code to see what happens to those fields. And I would do so in version 5.5. Why don't we start with that?

figured it out
well I was searching through the Setup | Claim Forms and figured out how to do it manually. Then I updated the ClaimForm.xml that goes with the 1500.gif. it works perfect, thanks for the help.
