Charting supernumerary

Post by mzrdmd » Tue Jan 22, 2008 9:05 am

I have a patient that has a diastema between 27 and 28 that is large enough to put a prosthetic tooth in. I'll be making him a partial to replace the other teeth in the arch as well. How do I chart this ?

I think I asked this before, but can't find it anywhere.

Thanks,

Mike

I would probably just call it tooth 28. The graphical display of the situation won't be perfect.

Thanks, Jordan.

No big deal that it won't look perfect - I just want to show it there so that I don't forget about it !

Thanks,

Mike
