Google Voice Dialer

My GVDialer has stopped working and I can't figure out why.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Anyone have any information?
I can still use Google Voice to dial from a web browser, but miss being able to click a button in OD.

Google Voice is being replaced with Google Hangouts. I like Hangouts. It works well, but I would like to activate it from a Program Link in OD.
Has anyone figured out how to open Hangouts to a particular contact name from a command prompt which can then be used in a Program Link? I miss being able to click on my GV button and have Google Voice open right up to my patient's contact info.
