Claim error! Bug???
Claim error! Bug???
In Insurance Plan Mode, Claims show UCR fee, not billed fee buttom seem not working properly.
e.g Metlife RCT#19 UCR fee $1259 Metlife fee $681 preview claim paper show Billed fee $478.
I am in version 5.5.13.
Any suggestion???

I don't think it's a bug because the logic has not changed for quite some time. It's based on the fee schedule of the provider for the procedure. Go to that provider's setup edit window to see what fee schedule it's taking the amount from.

I wish ,there will be monthly e- mail new letter " opening keys to Open Dental"mention about useful key features and how it is work.That will be really useful for computer novice like me.May be potential to save your staff time by answering some tech. question.

The manual is very extensive. The plan is to just keep making the manual better. We're also gradually adding video tutorials.
