How do you enter in an insurance plan that PAs count towards a patient's deductible?
Also, how do you select BWs etc are counted in contract year vs calendar year?
I'm sure there's a way to do it, because I know you guys run into the same insurance companies that I do, but I can't seem to figure it out.
Thanks in advance!

You can probably see where to change whether preventive applies towards the deductible, right? That check box is actually handling two separate categories: exams and xrays. You could uncheck the simple view option and change those two categories independently, but that still keeps the xrays all together as being treated the same. But that's too complicated.
The short answer is that you just make a note. It's hard to keep up with all the little special situations that insurance companies keep coming up with.
