False Unsent claims

We have claims shown as unsent after being sent, or paid. About 1/2 the time there is a 2ndary insurance claim (dual insurance) out that should have been deleted when the primary claim is deleted. On the account screen the claim shows paid, yet the 2ndary claim is still in system. There also are some claims that have only a primary insurance and a 2nd estimate claim is generated with the original claim, this makes the claim show as unsent baecause there a 2 claims. This is difficult to explain and I'm not as confused as this sounds. Thanks, SH.

i have found it is because there is an ins estimate left on the procedure. Open the procedure and delete the now unused ins estimate and that will fix the problem.
