Insurance Data Lost after Upgrading

Just upgraded to the latest version of Open Dental at our office, and ALL our insurance fee schedule data have completely disappeared.
I backed up just before upgrading. Is this information gone forever?

Some of the fee schedules can take an entire day to enter, for just one insurance; so this is quite devastating...

Called tech support, and they were able to resolve the issue.

If you are considering an upgrade, make sure you have the support guys look at the insurance fee schedules and make sure everything is there after upgrade.

Looks good so far; however, the fee schedule comes up much slower than before. It takes several seconds to pull up a fee schedule and codes; before it was nearly instantaneous.
