Sorry, I've searched, but it doesnt seem anyone has posted the new denti-cal claim form. Those in CA know what a pain denti-cal can be when not following their rules. I upgraded to 5.6.34 but dont see the new denti-cal claim form in there...thanks.

Maybe we should put them into one of the updates so it's less of a manual process. But they are there for now. You can also use the Reassign button (carefully) to reassign all the plans that are currently using the old form so that they use the new form instead.
