Is 6.1.1 a Beta Version?

I usually avoid updating to a new version until some of the bugs have been worked out. I notice that version 6.1.1 is not listed as a Beta version on the Bug Tracker page. This surprises me since it was only released yesterday. Is this correct or should it be listed as a Beta version? I am excited to try some of the new features, especially multiple planned appointments, so I am chomping at the bit to upgrade. Please advise.
