Edit procedure buttons

How can you get a little image to add to a procedure, like the amalgam, composite, Root canal etc.... that are already in OD? Any ideas? It might be fun

Sorry, I guess I should have asked are there any good programs online I can import from?

You would generally use a paint program (I use Corel Photo-Paint) to create the image and save it. Then, import.
