Open Dental Claims won't send
Open Dental Claims won't send
I have three work stations and only 1 will send out claims- The other two will post the message on the account as "In Queue" and if click the claim button to send, this message appears " c:\webmdclient\claims\not found" How do I fix this problem- is it Emdeon or Open Dental. Thanks

This is probably because you have the webmd client program installed only in the computer that sends the claims. When you try to send from the other computers the webmd program can't be found.

You can use ClaimConnect with OpenDental from any PC you wish. No softare to install and keep updated, one button sends the file.
