Watch a tooth
When charting, what is the recommended way to put a "watch" on a tooth for incipient decay?

Re: Watch a tooth
I use a color lighter than the restoration that I will I will replace. This helps me to double check the area next time I do an exam. I then enter a procedure button of watch so I check it off as I am doing the exam.
