Statements by email?

How can the program be set up to send a specific patient a statement by email?

You can create a billing type just for patients that want emailed statments. If you go to Setup | Definitions | Billingtypes you can create or double click on an already existing billingtype and put and "E" in the box this will put them on the email list. When you run your billing and you push "Send" instead of a bill being printed it will send it via email. Of course they would have to have an email address in their Patient Information window for it to actually be sent.
