Inactive Patients and various lists

Is it possible to automatically delete inactive patients from the various lists created by open dental? For instance, I ran a planned appointment report and it listed a lot of inactive patients. I'd like to have inactive patients automatically removed from the various lists/reports.

As far as I know when you put a patient to be inactive they will not show up on Recall and Planned Tracker. What report are you pulling? Is this a custom query that was made for you? I don't see any planned appointment reports that you can pull that are hard coded into the program. If you could tell me where you are getting this report.

It's the planned appointment tracker. Not custom, just one of the lists/reports accessed with the Recall, ASAP, etc.

What version are you running? I tested it in my system version 6.4.14 (beta) and if I put a patient inactive they will not show up on the Recall or the Planned Tracker.
