creating a discount type to automatically calculate discount

is there a way on OD to creat a discount type that automatically does the calculation to a specific amount?

example, if a patient comes in and we are giving a 15% discount for that days treatment, I want to beable to make a discount type that automatically does the math and takes of the amount?

now it is necessary to calculate the discount on a calculator and input it into the field,

is there an easier way?
