xcharge

Post by enamelrod » Sun Jul 12, 2009 10:31 pm

i have been using x-charge and have been extremely pleased with their service. But I have run across some pitfalls.

1. direct check postings better known as ACH. gives you the ability to type in the check info and amount and it is direct deposited into your account.

2. and also set up reoccuring charges to link up with payment plan feature of OD

there is a company out there that maybe able to do this for OD

We have been keeping track of various companies that might be able to offer other services, and we will explore that some day. But I think check posting might be possible as a new feature of x-charge. I wouldn't swear to it.

Jordan,

Does open dental do automatic posting from transfirst? Our offices are thinking of switching from dent icon to open dental. We have an amazing rate with transfirst, and would like to keep them as our cc processor. Would love to see if Open Dental and Transfirst communicate.

Thanks,

Brad

You could keep transfirst as your cc processor even if there is no integration.
