following a lesion/watching a restoration

Post by Rickliftig » Sat Sep 26, 2009 7:54 am

Does anyone have any ideas for charting an area to be followed/watched? I do use xwatch rather frequently and that works well for teeth. But what do you all do for soft tissue lesions, radiographic areas etc.?

Does anyone see a need to somehow make these problems stand out so you won't forget to check them in the future? Do you think a problem list is needed? Or how about flashing/bold colored entries?

Just looking for a little brain-storming here before making a feature request.

The big white box below the 3D chart was designed for this purpose. Perhaps your request could be for rich text in that box. A subsequent request might be for flickering text (a long range goal of mine to make text more obvious).

Another idea would be Chart Module Specific Pop-ups. You could also place allergies and other very important clinical notes in them. But you would not want them to pop-up in other modules. On the other hand many account/finance pop-ups are not necessary in the chart module.

I think there is a request for family pop-ups (pop-ups enetered once that show for the whole family). Perhaps we could have check boxes in the pop-up for family or specific modules or global.
