Has anyone had a problem with their GMAIL account being locked down because of sending emails from open dental?

Yesterday my GMAIL ACCOUNT got locked down from what they called "suspicious activity". One of the possible reasons for this is using POP from a third party program that is not supported by gmail.

We really had not been sending many emails but I just was wondering if anyone else had heard of this....

There were other possible reasons...like keeping GMAIL open on multiple computers, they also recommended deleting my browser history, cache and cookies.

Anyway it is unlocked now.
Just to be save I also changed my password.

Sounds like a good reason to use an email account provided by your ISP rather than gmail.
