Security Levels

Is there any way to incorporate different levels of security in each module for each user
For ex 1.View
2.add
3.add/change
4.add/change/delete
5.full control

and also the write off portion to limit max amount say (X) dollars depend on user , this will not allow any body to steal money by putting them as write off

Sounds like requests. Those are best handled in the request section of the program.
