popups
Question:
Is there a way to setup a popup that is attached to a specific patient versus a patient that is scheduled?
situation: the girls would like to have a popup for specific patients that remind them about important insurance notes and other information that must not be forgotten.
Thanks!!

Re: popups
It sounds like you're just asking about the popup feature:

Or is your question more complex than that?

Re: popups
Are these pop ups global per patient wether the patient is scheduled for treatment or not scheduled?

Re: popups
Right. They don't really have anything to do with the schedule. And you realize that what triggers the popup is that you select that patient, right? Or are you wanting some sort of reminder system that happens spontaneously rather than when you select a patient?

Re: popups
we have some patients that we need specific pop ups to remind us about their insurance and other special information that we don't want to overlook.
so, if the pop up is attached to the patient. then wen the girls select the patient either throught the patient list or from the schedule my assumption is that the pop up will be generated.
Thanks again
ps. I guess is was a dentrix feature that was very useful for them in the past.

Re: popups
Right. It will pop up no matter how they select the patient, whether from the select patient window or by single clicking on an appointment. That's exactly what that feature is for, to give you critical reminders when you select a patient.

Re: popups
Is there a way or a plan to make a family popup....
For example when we send an account to collections we make a popup "NO APPOINTMENTS ACCOUNT SENT TO COLLECTIONS" but we have been entering the popup for each family member.
Thanks.
