Insurance on Treatment Plans

Post by Tracey » Tue Oct 21, 2008 10:40 am

On our proposed tx plan - why does the insurance percentage NOT show for extractions being done.
The pt has 70% coverage for oral surgery - His insurance is set up - yet it states the ins will pay a big ZERO. I would like to be able to use
these wonderful proposals instead of hand writting them. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong/Thanks :oops:
Thanks;

I would check insurance used relative to annual limit (on lower right), or if it is low on TP then notice that there might be treatment of higher priority that has ins estimates adding up to an amount greater than annual limit. Other things to check would be ins categories and specifics of insurance benefits. If you are a customer call us and we can look, it is hard to guess further without seeing it, but 80% chance it is one of the above.

Cheers

That's too complicated of a question to handle on the forum. We would have to see the screen.
