set treatment complete

I recently updated to 6.0.9 from 5.9.1 (I think) and have always added code 9215 for anasthesia and then set it complete so my notes would auto add. Now when I right click on the procedure in the chart window it says "Only single appointments can be set complete. If you want to be able to set procedures complete, you must turn on that option is Misc Setup." I don't see anything in Setup>Miscellaneous to change it back to the way it was before. Any ideas?

Nevermind, Nathan told me how to turn it back on. Have to go into Setup>Modules and check the box "allow setting procedures complete."
