How could you set this scenerio up in recall types?

Perio 3mon recall
Perio 4mon recall
4BW every two years
4BW every year
FMX every 3 years = some people have coverage for this

Systemwide recall types require unique code triggers and so would involve adding modifiers to basic codes such as D4910 or D0274 to distinguish them, and then having to worry about posting them correctly. So it seems best to me to have only one systemwide (default) recall per code such as 4BW and set the frequency according to your professional recommendation. If insurance will pay for it only every 2 years, you could enter that as a limitation under insurance benefits, and also edit the patient's 4BW recall frequency individually, which is easily done in the family module.

Ok, I see how to do this now. I didn't realize the frequency could be changed per patient from the Family module. Thank you
