Need simple query help

Post by Nate » Thu Feb 05, 2009 5:41 am

I found we have inactivated some patients early in our use of Open Dental but did not pull their physical files from active file cabinet. I need to create a query that will list inactive patients by date they were inactivated along with their first and last name. So we can then pull the ones that we need to from 2006-2007.

Thanks

The main problem is finding a unique and reliable time stamp for inactivation in the database for the time period you mentioned, since I don't think changing status to "inactive" created one.

Does anyone else have any ideas? I would really appreciate any help with this one.

Thanks

I'm not sure but I think this one can't be done because I believe OD doesn't set a date for when a patient is inactivated. I could be wrong. Maybe Jordan can clarify this.
