Bug: Can't print Day for Hospital report

Post by atd » Tue May 26, 2009 1:16 pm

Upgraded to version 6.6.7 and now cannot print the "Print Day for Hospital" report from the Chart. I get the error message "Printer Not Available". Have tried from different workstations, via terminal services, etc. Everything else seems to print fine.

I confirmed this issue in my system which I am using version 6.6.10. I am waiting to hear if we are going to fix this right away or if we are going to put it on the bug list.

Any idea when 6.6.12 will be released? Our nursing homes are asking for the progress notes and that's also how we give post-op orders, so it's critical to be able to print this report each day.

Thanks.

Thank you! BTW, love the new workstation updater - very slick (and quick).
