New Patient Autonotes Tweak

This screen illustrates the info garnered on a new patient. The list, for the most part, has been generated by an auto-note, giving choices. It is roughly based on the WDA (thedentalrecord.com) forms which I have been using for many years. Sometime in the next month I will post a progress note that is similarly gerated using auto-note:
