Is there any way to modify how the Routing Slips look when it prints out?
I have two issues with the Routing Slips I have now:
1. The procedures listed on the routing slip are in a different font and often gets printed over the rest of the text in the routing slip, making it almost impossible to read. Is there a way to provide enough room for this section so that the prints don't overlap?
2. The patient's age is listed on the routing slip, but not the date of birth. The DOB is a lot more accurate piece of data than their age. How can I modify the routing slip so that it shows their DOB?
Thanks.

Re: Routing Slips
What version are you using? There was a bug that was fixed where long notes were overlapping procedures.
I suggest voting for request #116 if you want lots of customization options, and #532 if you just want a little more information like birthdate.

Re: Routing Slips
Thanks for your reply jordansparks,
We are currently using version 6.5.25.0 and our office is completely brand new to OD, so please tolerate some of our newbie questions if they seem to have an obvious answer.
As it is right now, we have to handwrite in each Routing Slip the patient's date of birth. We also have to clarify the procedures as the block of space that's allotted for that section is minimal. If the procedure involves more than 3 lines, it overlaps into the next section (Patient Info) and makes *that* section hard to read as well. I'm sure this would be a really easy fix by one of the developers.
Thanks!

Re: Routing Slips
The bug with the overlap was fixed in version 6.6. Version 6.5 is too old for us to take the time to go back and fix it there.
