Track Lab Fees

Is there anywhere to enter lab fees per case??
We are only running on version 6.0.9.0

we have come across a situation where a lab would like us to e-mail them every time we send them a case by mail, so It would be nice if we could add an indicator and a ticker lists of "Has Lab Been Notified" or something on each lab case.

Tracking lab fees would be very helpful for us. The lab fees are actually deducted off the doctor's salary so it would make these calculations much easier.
