production report

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a report. I have bought the recipie book That was recommended in order to try and learn how to create my own reports but I have not learned enough yet to do it and I need a report made. I need a production report just like OD currently has except I also need to include the patients chart number. Mean while I will continue to study the book so that someday I will not need to pester you guys.

any suggestions why I am not able to run this report? Other reports I copy from this page work fine.

It works on an older version of the database. It needs to be updated. I don't know when we will have time. It will happen at some point.
