Can Sheets span multiple pages?

I have decided to use the Consents section of Open Dental for patient information. Here's what I mean:

We have patient information forms I've created in Word for Six-Month Braces Information, NTI Information Sheet and Periodontal Information Sheet. Some of these are multiple pages and color. I've had them sitting in a folder on the server and a quicklink on the desktop of each workstation to print them out when necessary.

I've since found Consent at the top of a patient's chart screen and see that I can list these different forms in there and print them directly from Open Dental without having to search outside Open Dental. It will also let me know way in the future that I have already given this patient the information. Nice feature! BUT, will Sheets do multiple pages?

How can I set up a document in Sheets so that it spans multiple pages?
