I enter the benefit amount used in other dental offices in “Adjustments to insurance benefits”. But the remaining benefit on the treatment plan module still remains the same. I thought the whole purpose of having adjustments entered is to calculate the remaining benefits correctly. I vaguely remember it works that way. Could anyone confirm? Thanks.
I just found that "deductible used" is factored into the calculation in treatment plan module, but "insurance used" is not. I think it is a bug. I am on 6.8.
