I assume that there is a query that will track broken appointments, but what about people who call 4 hours before their appointment and reschedule it ? Are you "breaking" that appointment, then rescheduling it ?
Currently, we are just taking it off of today, putting it on the pinboard, and putting it in the new spot. How can we do this so that we can keep track of the worst offenders for late cancels and no-shows ?
I found a query that will show appointment history for an individual by patient number. Is there one that will show cancels and no-shows for a family ?

You should probably "break" it. This will create an automatic adjustment in the Account module. That's how they are tracked for now. To see broken appts, just run an adjustment report for that adjustment type.
