Printing Schedule but no year

This morning we were compulsively scheduling out through 2011:

I printed the schedule (from the scheduling module) and realized that the report could really use a heading with the year in nice bold type.

Also, my front desk remarked about a month view. I know that at one point a month view had been attempted, but was removed. We were thinking not a month view with actual patients, but blocks to indicate when the practice was open/closed, etc.
