Keyboard scanner / Going paperless

We switched to OD 01/01/10,

If you are considering going paperless, I highly recommend using:
" KeyScan" ,..Keyboard Scanner with ID Card Feed - (KS810P)
it' s a scanner that is attached to the keyboard. it is convenient and FAST.
http://www.keyscan.com/
it has MANY autoscan functions. it is programmable.
Watch these videos on You Tube:

(...you may not need all these functions...)
and it is a VERY FAST scanner .

When we first started, we have in our office an HP multifunction printer/scanner that we used to scan
the larger number of documents.

But now, for all of our daily transactions, my front desk use mainly/only the KEYSCAN keyboard.
(all forms and documents, patient info, medical history, Driver license, Referreal letters, everything.....)

Just position your document in the scanner, and it autoscan to a preset file automatically.
than we import the documents to OD , because OD does not support a multipage scan.

Vey easy to use, convenient, and FAST
Highly recommended cost $99
