Trouble using Perio code 4342 using Emdeon to process claims

Just wondering if anyone has been having problems submitting 4342 and using the tooth # range when submitting thru Emdeon. It seems all the claims I submit to metlife are being denied when it goes thru their end they all show up as UL???Do I have to change something on Open dental?

How about changing the treatment area from a tooth range to a quadrant? You can do that from http://www.open-dent.com/manual/procedurecodeedit.html
