Undelete from Audit Log

I have had several instances where staff members have made an entry in the chart and attempted to change it by deleting it. Then of course, they try and duplicate the entry causing double billing, insurance claim, etc. How feasible would it be to be able to undelete an audit log entry? IOW, the entry is still there - if I could unhide that one entry, everything would be 100%
