grp means group for group notes, you can highlight all the procedures at the same time and just make one note. Before I would just use a made up abbreviation like ClinNote. Now I understand what EC means, I am still waiting to find out about my original question of

Anything with a status of EC should not show in the Account and cannot be billed to ins. That was my point. If the status is EC, then I don't see how you can claim that it's showing in the Account. That would be nearly impossible.
