Weekly View / insurance question

How do we look at the schedule in a weekly view mode instead of a day by day mode?

Also, insurance amounts. We scheduled a new patient with delta dental and it accidentally places the patient under the regular standard fee schedule. Say we don't notice this and set the procedure complete, the amount locks at the incorrect fee for the insurance. How do we update the amount to the correct insurance MAC once the procedure is set as complete?

Also, how do we backup the data from the server onto a flash drive connected to the work station? It would save from the workstation's C: drive instead of the server's.

On the backup question, why not start by backing up from the server, and worry about more complex scenarios later?
