Alternating schedules

We originally had one generic Hyg provider for all my hygienists as I only have one hygienist a day that alternate schedules. In an effort to track production more close based on provider I have setup multiple providers and setup the schedule accordingly. When I look at the appointments they are still set to the original default provider even if I look at a day that should be different and is different in the Setup --> schedule menu.

Is there something I have to run to propagate these changes down through already created appointments?

Changes to the schedule won't propagate to existing appointments. You would change and verify providers when you set the appointments complete.
