Electronic Benefits Feature

Post by Shoagland » Wed Jun 22, 2011 3:53 am

I was looking for opinions on the electronic benefits feature available with Claims Connect or CDNet, I am not using either of these for electronic claims. What % of insurance company's does this feature work with, is it a helpful process? Thanks.

The import process that we built for Open Dental has been much less useful than I thought it would be. But you can still make use of their electronic benefits service in a browser, view it, copy it, etc. It tends to be available for larger carriers, so even though there aren't very many, they may cover a large percentage of your patients.
